Shipping Policy

We do our best to ensure quick, reliable handling of all orders placed through our website. It usually takes 2-3 business days for an order to ship. Once an order has been shipped, we will send the available tracking information to the email that was provided during registration or during checkout.

Returns

At Big Steve’s Gold & Pawn Emporium, we like to take care of our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of the date of purchase. Return Shipping

We like to make sure that our customers are taken care of and we are happy to pay the return shipping on all returns.

Restocking

In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee on an item returned to us. This fee is equal to 10% of the purchase price of the item. If the item is being returned for one of the following reasons, then it is automatically exempt from the restocking fee:

– The item is damaged when you receive it.

– The item is different than what you ordered.

– The item is defective.

Cancellation

If you decide that you would like to cancel an order after you make the purchase, then the order must be cancelled before the item ships. After the item has shipped, the only option is to then return the item, which may be subject to a restocking fee.
