By signing your repair ticket, you agree to the following terms of service:
I understand that Big Steve’s Gold & Pawn Emporium, LLC will not accept any responsibility for the loss of data or software, however caused, including any alleged loss sustained during an attempt at data recovery. I also confirm that if the computer’s Operating System is to be re-installed, I will provide the technician with an original licensed valid Product Key. I confirm that I am authorized to make this declaration and that I am either the owner of the electronic system or a duly authorized representative of the owner. I agree that the effect of this document will continue and subtend in full for a period of one month from the date of my signature, in respect of any and all works carried out by Big Steve’s Gold & Pawn Emporium, LLC during that period.
