By signing your repair ticket, you agree to the following terms of service:
I understand that Big Steve’s Gold & Pawn Emporium, LLC will not accept any responsibility for the loss of data or software, however caused, including any alleged loss sustained during an attempt at data recovery. I also confirm that if the device’s Operating System is to be re-installed, I will provide the technician with an original License Key (or I will be required to purchase one) when required. I further acknowledge that Big Steve’s reserves the right to terminate service at any point, but fees may still be due on labor rendered. I confirm that I am authorized to make this declaration and that I am either the owner of the electronic device or a duly authorized representative of the owner. I agree that the effect of this document will continue and subtend in full for a period of six (6) months from the date of my signature, in respect to any and all works carried out by Big Steve’s Gold & Pawn Emporium, LLC during that period.
I understand I have thirty (30) days after the repair has been completed to pick up and pay for the services rendered. If I don’t claim my property within that time frame, there will be a $2 per day storage fee. If after sixty (60) days I have still not claimed and paid for my property, Big Steve’s Gold & Pawn Emporium, LLC will liquidate (sell) the item to recoup any and all cost and fees as well as the accrued storage fee. I will have three (3) years to collect any remainder monies or it will be turned over to the State Auditor Unclaimed Property Division. The state will then attempt to get a hold of me, my next of kin, or estate the money.
