Electronics Disclaimer for Pawns or Buys

Covering, but not limited to, cell phones, tablets, laptops, any other “smart” device 


By selling or pawning certain electronics to Big Steve’s Gold & Pawn Emporium, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Big Steve’s”), you give the company the right to reset any and all accounts associated with the device in order to resell the item. Account types include, but are not limited to, Google, Samsung, iCloud, Emails on the device, etc.


For pawns, items will only be reset after the item has been defaulted on, which is sixty (60) days of non-payment.


If, at any time, Big Steve’s discovers any item(s) is contract locked, we reserve the right to notify the police regarding selling stolen property.
(“Contract Locked” is when you, the customer, are still paying the service provider for the device, which means ownership belongs to the service provider, not you, until the device is paid off in full).


If Big Steve’s returns any device to you, due to contract lock or redemption after being pulled and reset, any and all costs incurred during a reset attempt will be your responsibility.
